at the Tractor Tavern to benefit Eileen and Grant Dermody
Eileen is undergoing treatment for cancer and they need an infusion of cash
and goodwill. Some of Seattle's best musicians will perform in two
concerts.
From 4pm to 7pm there will be an acoustic concert

combinations of musicians we never imagined may result. It's all going to be
wonderful and in the spirit of great music and collaboration.
From 8pm to 11 pm or so, an electric blow out will
materialize featuring:

Grant Dermody-harmonica
The Casters will play a good long set or so and then we'll have some guest
artists join us.
Wayne Horvitz will sit in on the Hammond.
Kim Field from The Mighty Titans of Tone will join us on harmonica
Keith Lowe will sit in on the bass
Dave Dederer will sing and play a few tunes
Dave Pellicciaro will travel all the way from San Francisco to play some
mighty B-3
and more guitarists, vocalists and who knows what all else will join what
will be an excellent jam.
There will be a $15 suggested donation good for all the music from whenever
you arrive.

The all-woman chantey group Broadside will be on board as songleaders to
keep the songs flowing, with opportunity for anyone to lead a song or just join
in the chorus. The "call and response" form of these work songs of the sea makes
them easy to learn and fun to sing. All ages welcome. NOTE SPECIAL LOCATION at
Elliot Bay Marina! You will be directed at the wharf to the location of the
schooner. Dress Warmly!!! Admission is Free but donations are welcome.
