Every Saturday at 2:00 pm Peninsula Violin holds a Fiddle Workshop featuring legendary fiddlers from the Washington Old-Time Fiddlers Association.  This week's guest instructor is Sarah Comer www.sarahcomer.com . Beginners/Intermediates of all ages and are welcomed.  $20 for the session from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.   We break down two tunes each session.  And then join the jam following at 4:00 PM.

First Sundays at the Commons presents the Onyx Chamber Players on Sunday, Nov. 2 at 4:00pm
This exceptional chamber music ensemble featuring David White on piano, Cecilia Archuleta on violin, Page Smith on cello and Melvin Butler on viola will perform works by Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms.  The concert takes place at the Bainbridge Commons which is located next to the Senior Center at 402 Brien Drive by Waterfront Park.  Admission is at the door (no advanced ticket sales) $20 adults, $15 seniors, $10 students.  For more information go to:  www.firstsundaysconcerts.org

David Grier is recognizably one of the best flat-picking guitarists in Bluegrass today. He has been voted the "Best Guitar Player of the Year" multiple times by the International Bluegrass Music Association. He is also one of Acoustic Guitar Magazine's "Artists of the Decade", and he has played on several Grammy Award winning recordings!
